SHA Enhanced Care Management (Formerly known as Senior Home Advocates) is a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, social workers, and advocates committed to providing Enhanced Care Management (ECM) services for Medi-Cal recipients throughout California. Do I have to pay anything for ECM services?
No. If you are a Medi-Cal recipient, there is no out-of-pocket cost for our Enhanced Care Management services. All ECM costs are covered through your Medi-Cal plan.
